Search and Rescue Story : Matthew Richardson was found near Sugar Knob area in the George Washington National Forest at approximately 10:40 AM. He is reported to be dehydrated but is walking out with ground/K9 searchers who located him.	The successful recovery earlier today of missing juvenile Mathew Richardson is a example of hard work, good planning and experience. I am very pleased with the staff of the Sheriff's Office, as well as the local volunteer services, Virginia State Police, Search and Rescue organizations from all over the state, and the numerous Fire and Rescue agencies that assisted in the search.                      Thank you all	Sheriff Timothy C.
